Change an appointment
Send the name and appointment details used for your booking, followed by the change you need. Contact us as soon as you can so we can check available alternatives. A change is confirmed once we agree it with you.
Something needs our attention
Tell us which visit your concern relates to and what happened. Add relevant photos if they help explain the issue. Please avoid sharing unrelated personal or payment information. We will review the details with you.

Use the same WhatsApp number for questions about your information, access or correction requests, deletion requests, or privacy concerns. Start your message with “Privacy request” so the purpose is clear.
